Platform Overview: Your Single Source of Truth
PsychAssist.ai is built around a single idea: everything that belongs to a patient's assessment lives in one place, and the report builds itself from that work as you go.
You are not using a report generator. You are using a workflow manager that produces a great first draft as a natural result of running your evaluation the way you already do.
What the Platform Manages
Every patient in PsychAssist has a file that collects information across four main areas:
Forms. Intake forms, rating scales, consent documents, and any other materials you send or receive are stored here. Patient-facing forms go through a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal. Clinician-facing internal forms are filled out by you or your team.
Sessions. Intake interviews, data collection sessions, and feedback sessions are each logged here. You can record sessions for ambient transcription, take behavioral observations at the subtest level, and add notes. Everything is timestamped and tied to the patient.
Documents. Scored outputs from PAR, Q-global, MHS, or any other publisher get uploaded and processed here. The system extracts all standardized scores and findings, presents them next to the original for fact-checking, and adds them to the patient's data set.
Report. Once all data is in and reviewed, you run the Report Wizard. The system finds patterns in the data that support your diagnostic or academic outcomes, pulls in your recommendations, and generates a first draft written to your exact template and in your voice.
What "Single Source of Truth" Means in Practice
Without a system like this, patient data lives across cloud folders, publisher portals, sticky notes, and email threads. PsychAssist.ai pulls all of it into one place so you always know what you have, what is still missing, and where you are in the workflow.
When you run a report, the system is not working from a blank prompt. It is working from everything you have collected for that specific patient, including their forms, your observations, extracted scores, and your session notes.
The Service Model
Every workflow in PsychAssist.ai is organized around a Service. A Service is a pre-configured assessment pipeline for a specific evaluation type: Adult ADHD, Child ASD, Psychoeducational, and so on. Each Service defines which forms get sent, which sessions occur, which measures to expect, and what the final report should look like. Once a patient is added to a Service, the system already knows what needs to happen and begins automating the administrative steps.
Your specialist sets up all Services for you during onboarding. You will rarely need to touch Service configuration after initial setup.
Your Clinician Role
PsychAssist.ai automates the administrative and documentary burden. You retain full clinical control over all outcomes, diagnoses, and interpretations. The system does not diagnose. It does not make clinical decisions. It collects your data, organizes it, and writes to your template so you can spend your time doing clinical work rather than documentation work.
The goal: 45 to 60 minutes of report editing, not 5 to 6 hours of writing.
